The Elf 4 Wine Aerators and Stand were a big hit at David LeClaire’s house party. We perched the Elf on David’s wine bar and did numerous blind tastings of before and after. Across the board, the wine that was aerated had a richer, more complex taste. The swirling action of the aerator mixed oxygen into the wine and ‘opened up’ the flavors. There were of course, lots of ooooohs and ahhhhs at the gorgeous design of the elf. It became a topic of conversation as guests watched their wine swirl around the aerator and enter the glass.
